ARE THERE ANY PLANS FOR ANYTHING TO BE BUILT OVER HERE IN THE POLK SIDE OF POINCIANA.. THERE IS NOTHING CLOSE BY!!!!!

Dear GR8TGURL: I understand your plight and those of the residents of Village 7 and surrounding areas, as the development of commercial services is taking place in the "Town Center." My company, Best Value Realty Group, owns a 1.86 acre commercial parcel in Poinciana, Polk County, Village 7, 1 mile from the new Lake Marion Creek Elementary School. The parcel is approved by Polk County for: Convenience, Gas, Retail, Medical Offices, Offices, Sit-Down/Takeout Restaurant, Personal Services, Child Care Center, Nursery Business, Vet Services, Funeral Home, Religious Institutions, and Financial Institutions, among others. All environmental permits have been secured, Plat of Survey complete and parcel cleared. It is Ready To Build. However, our objective to secure Commercial development for Village & and surrounding residents has been an extreme challenge as both national and regional brands do not believe that the areas 8500+ residents will profitably support a commercial business. I believe otherwise. It is vital that the residents talk to local providers of businesses - to purchase and develop this parcel, for now and the future growth of the area. Help me, help you. I do not know about anything being built as of now, but I do know about a great church that is coming to the area! Kingdom Life International Church is opening a second location at Liberty High School. (4250 Pleasant Hill Rd.) They will meet every Thursday @ 7PM for bible study. Pastors Michael and Samantha Phillips are great, you should check them out online at www.destinylife.tv. They even stream live services online and have some messages archived for you to watch. www.destinylife.tv They are currently meeting at Kingdom Life International Church, 1830 North Main Street in Kissimmee.
