A new Sonoma Coffee has joined the lineup at the $25 million Village Shops at Bellalago shopping center center in Poinciana.
Sonoma Coffee joins several other retailers that plan late August or early September openings at the Village Shops: McDonald's, Walgreens, Fifth/Third Bank and Jazzy Nail Spa and Boutique.
The 103,000-square-foot center on Pleasant Hill Road, developed by South Florida-based Southeast Centers LLC, is anchored by a 46,031-square-foot Publix with a drive-through pharmacy, according to a news release.
Other tenants include Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant, Citrus Garden Chinese Restaurant, SunTrust Bank, Rita's Italian Ices, Collazzo Accounting and a liquor store.
Leases also are pending for several national tenants, including a pizza chain, sub sandwich shop and discount hair salon, as well as a chiropractor and a barber shop.
The retail center flanks the south entrance to Bellalago, a 1,330-acre gated lakeside community being developed by Avatar Properties Inc. |
