Below is a list of what we know is coming. From this year's community update, we also know that a new Post Office and Hospital have been approved, and that a movie theater is also expected to be built in 2008. There even seem to be plans to open a Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel in the area.
Although it appears to us that this is really part of the Poinciana Towne Center, different sources are calling all the construction we see in front of Walmart different things.

This shopping center is located off of Cypress Parkway, and is anchored by the Publix Grocery Store. No new construction appears to be occuring here.
The plan for this development is to ultimately encompass over 60 acres of business space. It's location is the corner of Marigold Avenue and Cypress Parkway, across from the adult community of Solivita.

Home Depot Retail Center
The new Home Depot is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2007. Ground clearing is complete. The store will be on the corner of 192 and Poinciana Blvd.
Lowes Retail Center
Avatar press releases had a Q107 date for opening, but I would say that is obviously not the case. The building is going up extremely fast, probably due to the holiday shopping season that is approaching and the fact that Home Depot is almost complete.
Exxon Mobile Gas Station
Located on the corner of Old Pleasant Hill Road, and where Cypress Parkway becomes Pleasant Hill.
